Ordering for a School
We make it easy for Australian schools, kindergartens and teachers to order costumes for a class or group.
How payment works
We don't currently offer Purchase Order accounts or payment-on-invoice terms — payment is taken at the time your order is placed, the same as any other order on our site. This keeps things simple and lets us dispatch quickly.
Once payment is made, we're happy to provide a tax invoice with our ABN 98 158 935 614 so your school's finance office can process reimbursement or record the purchase.
School discount
Email us your school name at [email protected] and we'll send you a 10% discount code for your order.
What we need from you
- School name and delivery address
- Item list, sizes and quantities
- Required-by date (we recommend ordering well ahead of Book Week — 22–28 August 2026)
Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Melbourne warehouse (same-day dispatch may be available for paid, in-stock orders placed before 2pm on business days); Australia-wide tracked shipping.
Returns & exchanges
If you need a return or exchange, contact us promptly. Eligible items must be unworn, in original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. A small number of items (e.g. wigs, masks, headpieces) aren't eligible for return for hygiene reasons unless faulty — see our Returns policy for full details.
