Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Wigs
- Masks
- Headpieces & accessories
- Items marked as final sale
Exchanges
We understand that sizing can be tricky. If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order to secure your item, then returning the original item for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit depending on the situation.

Important Notes
- Please choose carefully during peak seasons (e.g. Book Week, Halloween), as delays may occur
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method
