After dispatch, estimated delivery is 1 to 3 business days in Victoria, 2 to 4 in NSW and SA, 3 to 6 in Queensland and 5 to 10 in WA and NT, and express options may be offered at checkout. Can I return a phantom costume if it does not fit?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order, as long as the item is unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and you have proof of purchase. Wigs, masks, headpieces and accessories cannot be returned unless faulty, return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
