Halloween falls on Saturday 31 October 2026. Costume demand peaks in the 5 to 10 days before 31 October, so ordering earlier in October leaves the most delivery buffer, especially for addresses outside Victoria.
How quickly can I get a genie costume delivered in Australia?
Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day from our Melbourne warehouse; orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or public holidays go out the next business day. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 1 to 3 business days in Victoria, 2 to 4 in NSW and SA, 3 to 6 in Queensland and 5 to 10 in WA and NT, and express options may be offered at checkout. Can I return a genie costume if it does not fit?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order, as long as the item is unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and you have proof of purchase. Wigs, masks, headpieces and accessories cannot be returned unless faulty, return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
