Costumes in Melbourne — Warehouse Pickup or Fast Local Delivery

Looking for a costume shop in Melbourne? Here's the honest answer: we don't run a shopfront you can browse. We're an online costume store with a real warehouse in Box Hill South — which means every costume you see on the site is physically in stock here in Melbourne, and you can either have it delivered fast or collect it from us by appointment.

For most Melbourne customers that works out faster than driving to a costume shop, and you get the full range instead of whatever's left on the rack. Order before 2pm on a weekday and it's dispatched the same day.

Pick up from our Box Hill South warehouse

Prefer to collect rather than wait for delivery? You can pick up from our warehouse in Box Hill South, VIC by appointment.

How it works: email us at sales@costumesinaustralia.com.au and we'll confirm a collection time and send you the pickup address. We're contactable Monday to Friday, 9:30am–4pm AEST — you can also call (03) 9890 9818 if that's easier, or send us a message through our contact page.

Because we're a working warehouse rather than a shopfront, pickup is by appointment only — that way we have your order picked, checked and waiting when you arrive, instead of you queuing while someone goes looking for it.

Fast delivery across Melbourne

All orders ship from our Melbourne warehouse, so metro Melbourne deliveries are short-haul. Order before 2pm on a weekday and your costume is dispatched the same day — during Book Week and Halloween that can be the difference between having a costume on Friday and not. Tracked delivery Australia-wide, and 14-day returns if the size isn't right.

During Book Week, Halloween and other peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Cosplay in Melbourne

Looking for a cosplay shop in Melbourne? Same deal — we stock anime and character cosplay costumes, wigs and accessories in the Box Hill South warehouse, so you can collect by appointment instead of waiting on an overseas order. That matters when you're building a con outfit to a deadline.
