Yes, we are talking about our police (men and women) or cops as they are popularly called. These are the guys who are at the front-line of our societies defence in the battle of the good against the evil. Did this stir your imagination? 1. For a change wouldn’t you like to be part of the ‘good vs bad’ battle and debate? Agreed that most ordinary citizens are ‘good’ in the society but going into a theme party dressed as a cop, will be a statement that you are the good force against evil. 2. Cops are selfless (well mostly, barring some few bad apples) entities in the society. True there are bad cops in every society, but generally speaking they are the good that is in a society. The good ones far outweigh and outnumber the bad ones.
3. The feeling of a sense of security that the dress and the person provides. We all know that when we see a cop around in any public place, we feel a sense of security. It’s like being a kid, even if nothing happens, the kids are secured in the feeling that the parents are nearby. In a themed party, I am sure apart from the sense of personal security, who would NOT like to be in the company of a law enforcement officer. And the officer being a woman, what better combination.
