Perfect For
90s Nostalgia & Retro TV Parties: Whether it's a 90s throwback night, a children's TV character theme, or a Teletubbies group costume with Po, Tinky Winky and Dipsy.
Book Week & School Events: Book Week costume representing beloved BBC children's media, school fun days, or teacher dress-up events where recognisable TV characters win points.
Costume Parties & Themed Fun Runs: Halloween parties with a nostalgic twist, hens nights with coordinated group themes, charity fun runs, or corporate events needing cheerful high-visibility costumes.
How to Wear It
Wear over lightweight clothing for comfort; the loose onesie fit accommodates layers in cooler weather. Stuff the belly pouch with a small pillow or bundled fabric to achieve Laa-Laa's signature round tummy shape.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the antenna and ears removable?
No — the curly antenna and three-dimensional ears are permanently sewn to the hood for durability and accurate character design. They stay securely in place throughout wear.
Can I wear this for outdoor events?
Absolutely — the bright yellow colour and full-coverage design make it ideal for outdoor fun runs, street parties, and daytime costume events. The fabric is sturdy enough for active movement.
