Beautiful Headpiece 0 people found this helpfulPersonally I would prefer an elastic band instead of a tie, the piece is really beautiful. The feathers are not as flamboyant as some other styles, which suits me, and this piece is a clip so the rhinestone band could even be worn as a bracelet or choker.
